Paying for a wedding can be costly, so we can help spread the cost of your photography, cinematography or photo booth over 3,6 or 12 months. APR will depend on your circumstances. For purchases of $250-$10,000, answer a few simple questions to see if you’re eligible. What you see is what you pay. You won’t find hidden surprises, like early payment fees or deferred interest.

The Fine print
Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Clients and the Photographer.
Confirmation: A signed “Contract for Event Photography Services” and payment of the booking fee are necessary to confirm the stated Event services from the Photographer.
Pre-Event Consultation: This normally happens at the time of booking. The Clients will outline broadly what is required and the Photographer will advise on planning, logistics and timings where needed. If required the Clients are welcome to get in contact in for an additional chat closer to the time of the Event (about 2 weeks) to iron out the remaining details. In any case we will contact you by phone a few days before the Event to ensure that there have been no last minute changes.
Cooperation: The Clients and the Photographer consent to happily cooperating and communicating with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. We recommend that the Photographer be provided with a helper (usually the best man) who will point out key individuals to be photographed. The Photographer may also require the assistance of the best man in organizing family groups. The Clients also agree to give the Photographer sufficient warning of key events at the Event to give the Photographer time to prepare e.g. Bouquet throwing, cutting the cake, speeches etc. Please note that not all guests at Events like having their photo taken. In such cases the Photographer will use his discretion but cannot be held responsible for a lack of photos of these people.
The Schedule: Our shooting schedule, style of working and experience are designed to achieve a great set of Event photos for the Clients, accomplished with good humor and enjoyed by all concerned. Both the Clients and the Photographers therefore agree that punctuality and cheerful cooperation are essential to producing outstanding photographic results. In cases where the Event does not run on time (for example, extreme lateness by one of the Clients arriving to the church) we cannot guarantee to take our normal set of photos although in such circumstances we will do our absolute best to compensate.
Coverage: Photographer will provide coverage for the dates, locations and continuous hours specified in this agreement. Additional travel or coverage hours may be added by agreement on the Event day and must be paid in full before any photos or products are released to the Client. Every reasonable effort will be made to take requested pictures, but no specific pose or photograph can be promised. Any lists supplied will be used for organizational purposes only. Images determined by the photographer to be substandard or duplicated may be edited out. The Photographer will use his professional judgment and sole discretion to select which photos to deliver. Such selection shall constitute all images that will be made available to Client.
Paparazzi Event Guests: All your guests will have digital cameras and all your guests will want to photograph the Clients. In the spirit of cheerful cooperation the Clients agree to give the Photographers precedence over the guests in order to take the photographs required for the Event services described above. We cannot be held liable for a lack of Event photos if guests taking their own photos of the Clients continually interrupt the Photographer’s work.
House Rules: Note the Photographers are sometimes limited by rules imposed by registrars, ministers and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. For example some ministers insist that no flash photography is allowed, and others will insist that the Photographers shoot from a specific location. In such circumstances the Clients agree to accept the technical limitations that may be imposed on the equipment used. We advise the Clients to make themselves aware of the rules of the venue concerned and if necessary negotiate with the personnel concerned.
Copyright Law: The copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the Photographer are for personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer.
On The Day:Food must be provided to each member of the team, this could include an additional assistant for the main photographer and up to 3 team members for photography only. No photography will occur during the cocktail hour or while guests are eating. The team will depart after the cake is cut either at 12 Midnight or before whichever is sooner or when the contracted time is finished or when the exit ceremony is complete. At no point do we go over the selected time and the couple agreeing to the contract understand this is strictly enforced, additional hours will be charged at $600 per hour.
Model Release: The Clients grant the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
Limit of Liability: If a photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the Event services specified above or in the form agreed to the Photographer will try to book a replacement Event photographer. Under normal circumstances a second photographer from the Photographer is there for the day anyway and this photographer will then shoot the day on his/her own. If both photographers are unavailable and a replacement photographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. The Photographers have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied. There are times when major events inside the Event are not captured, although very very rare, for example and not limited to; the Bride and Groom kiss very quickly at the alter, or the hands are hidden from our cameras by the Event party during the ring swap; cake cut or other events have not been placed in such a way that we can see all the detail by our awesome cameras. Many of these are beyond our control and as such we are not liable for missed shots, again though its extremely rare.
Booking Fee/Deposit: In the event of the Clients canceling the Event for whatever reason the booking fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographers.
Shots Agreement: The number of shots given is determined by the quality, composition and clarity first and foremost, while we often go over the limits set about in the given package we do reserve the right to select shots on artist merit. If after the Event the clients would like the full release, the request should be given in writing within 30 days of the original set being delivered and at a cost of $1500. The shots will be delivered unedited.
Delivery: Clients will receive an online gallery before their USB stick arrives. The online gallery is for the clients convenience, and may not reflect the items received on USB and vise verse; further edits are always delivered via the online gallery, which can then be downloaded and added to the USB drive at a later date. However typically the online gallery is the master copy of the images as delivered.
Payment & Deposits: 50% of the deposit must be paid at the time of this form being completed, without payment the contract is void, the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the start of the Event and or wedding. Deposits are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances arise such as and not limited to death, serious injury or postponement , refunds are limited to 30% of the total booking fee before the wedding day and before the 30 day window.
Travel: If the wedding and ceremony are outside of the NY, CT, NJ area there is an additional charge of $2000 to cover travel costs. The names on the contract agree to pay this in full at time of signing, this is non-refundable.
